Sustainable CPG Board Utilizes Bagasse, A Rapidly Renewable Fiber to Fight Deforestation

HUNTINGTON, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Emerald Ecovations today introduced SUSTAIN™ Tree-Free CPG Board. The first of its kind renewable fiber Tree-Free packaging board designed for brands in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and dry food packaging.

Made from a blend of bagasse, a rapidly renewable, Tree-Free fiber and FSC-certified fibers, SUSTAIN™ board delivers the print surface and structural performance brands expect from conventional paperboard - without relying on virgin trees.

The board features both uncoated and coated (C1S) at 85 brightness, giving brands a clean, bright print face for cartons, sleeves, and rigid packaging. By offering a Tree-Free innovation, it provides a solution for the growing number of consumers demanding sustainable and healthier solutions.
